Return and Exchange Conditions
All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, the item must be shipped out within 3 days.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@silenceas.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

In the event of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost once we have verified the issue.

Excessive or repeated returns may result in order restrictions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size, color, or item replacement (subject to stock availability). If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it is when a package is lost or stolen. While we are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If you encounter this issue, please contact us immediately so we can guide you through the next steps.
